Full renovation of a health care centre to adapt it to its changing needs and legal standards.

The original structure was maintained and reinforced in several points. The entire interior was reconstructed once the original distribution was demolished. The facades were replaced, the facilities were adapted to comply with the regulations in force, and a new lift was installed.

It has 7 floors and an underground floor, with a surface area of 4.700 square meters.

The works were in operation with the Centre acting by plants and moving services when necessary, within the same building.
