Remodelling of a modernist building , built in 1930 , with an important architectural value.
The building, about 1.346 m2, will contain a theater with a hall and bar with terrace and 2 storeys destined to theatre school and atrezzo.
The work in the building is integral: a structural reinforcement of all the building, sustaining the façade, is made, the existing basement is broadened, all the theater is equipped and all the storeys are conditioned.
