Adaptation of an old industrial building used as a warehouse to build an art classroom, artistic drawing classroom, mosaics classroom and stucco classroom.
The total built surface is 1.054 square meters.
Demolished and again rebuilt all the interior, respecting only the main structure of the building. It was adding a lightweight forged on structural ceramic wall and repairing the existing structure. Waterproofing and installation of corrugated sheet covered with curved shapes and skylights. The exterior carpentry aluminum is bsed sunscreen with sun protection curtains based on type foscurit curtains.
Construction exterior paving, water facilities, irrigation and lighting, and installation of outdoor furniture.
