Redaction of basic and executive projects and execution of the works of a new building consists of ground floor and a height, structured in a linear and one of the facades facing the street. Attached to this facade is the multipurpose hall which in turn is used as a gymnasium, locker rooms, communicated with the school through a porch. The rest of the plant have a library, offices, kitchen, classrooms and other school services.

The total constructed area is 2.208,58 square meters.

The building sistems used are pillar structure and metal girders and shaped deckings. The facade is concrete panels of 15 centimeters thick to paint, with aluminum frames. The interior partitions are drywall panels and PVC flooring. This ensures easy adaptation to change of use.
