Full refurbishment of 4th and 5th floors, roof, stairwells and emergency evacuation routes of the building which will be used for sociomedical assistance for psychiatric patients.

The consturcted surface area is 2.440,76 squares meters in addition to terrace of 999 square meters.

The refurbishment involves adapting these floors both to the regulations in force and to the standard sector level.

The works were carried out in accordance with the requirements established by the Special Plan for the Protection and Classification of the Architectural Heritage.

Includes the remodeling of one of the center's lifts, wich was previously operating as an emergency lift. The windows were also replaced with anodised aluminium windows.
